4th of July Baptisms

Yes, the girls got baptized on the 4th of July. When I found out that was when the stake baptisms were I was going to see if I could change it, but the girls said no! If we get baptized on the 4th we will always remember what day we got baptized on. So we left it. Now they get to say they celebrated after their baptism with a parade and fireworks. They picked out the same pattern for their dresses, but different material and ribbon. Don't they look beautiful?
It was a special day. Branden can't wait to wear one of these white jumpsuits! When Emilee got in the water Ashlee suddenly had to go potty. Dad wanted her to see her sister get baptized so we waited while she went. After Em, Ashlee went down in the water with Dad. It was really a great way to start the holiday.

Ashlee and cousin Marcus

Thank Heaven for little girls!

I love your blog! The bead board on your cabinets give it classy look. I can't wait to see what the crown molding looks like when you are done. Have fun blogging! ~Monika~

We've celebrated my daugther's first year that day.
We're atheist but it was her first family gathering just for her (which is what I remember baptims for)
