Back to School and Birthday's

It's that time of year again. That time when children get up in the morning and happily go off to school to soak up knowledge at school. Yeah right! Here are my grade schoolers on their first day of school. Ashlee and Emilee are in Mrs. Buck's 3rd grade and Quinton is in Mr. Hansen's 5th grade. They were excited and ready to go back. This is their second week back. Jaysen started Jr. High last Friday. He wouldn't admit it, but I think he was a little nervous. But he is doing well. Austin also started High school this past Monday. Can you believe that. We are trying to just get all our school fees payed, (don't get me started on how much it cost to go to public school) Branden starts preschool next week. Unbelievable. Austin also had a Birthday last week. Our kid's only get parties every other year, so this was not a party year. None the less he is 15. He wants to get his driving permit! Scary.

This is me working hard in our yard. Weeds just don't let up. Les just went crazy taking pictures of me weeding. These are just a couple of his photo shoot.

Here is our produce we picked from our garden the other night. Les has worked hard on our little garden. Doesn't that just make ya hungry?

Here are our budding pumpkins and melons. We are so excited to have our own home grown pumpkins this Halloween.
