Headboard Tutorial

This was the first headboard I've done.  First I needed to create a cleat to attach it to the wall.  I just used a scrap we cut off from the board we used for the headboard.  I just cut it down the middle on a 45 degree angle with my table saw.

Then I attached one half to the back of the headboard and the other half to the wall.

I stapled the fabric on over the padding after stretching it tight.  The fabric was actually quilted so it added a neat texture.
