The day finally came for Nana's kitchen cabinets to arrive. Because we had so many custom sizes and features we went with a local cabinet maker. Jeff Homer from Copper Canyon Design. He did a wonderful job and was a joy to work with. I'm very detailed oriented and so was Jeff. It was also fun to just watch the cabinets go up and just sit there and do nothing.
See the peninsula starting to take form?
I love the chunky bead board on the back! You can't even tell there is a door in that bead board. Details! I love details!
Well what do ya think? Much better looking and tons more space!!!!!! Come back and see the counter tops, floor and final reveal.

Please, please, please tell me the name and brand of the yellow color on the walls! I tried to match it from a printout to a paint chip and it looks like neon yellow now! Yikes! Please help!
We just used Color Place paint from Walmart. It was called Meadow Rue #92222.
