This week for Nana's Day we went to Red Butte Gardens. Nana's friend Shona Heim from Nebraska was here visiting. So we all went and played.
We thought this was a cool black plant. Wouldn't it be cool at Halloween?
It's called a Black Pearl Pepper.
There were so many beautiful and fun places to see and explore.
Here's Nana and Shona. My sister and I always take pictures of our kids like the one below. But we had no kids with us. So we posed like the kids would! (It's not the same. LOL)
I'm truly lucky to have a great sister and mother. I'm also glad I can go spend a day with them. Some times I think I'm too busy, but this day I'm glad I slowed down and did nothing but play. Thanks for a fun day Nana, Arlene and Shona.

Thanks for sharing. It was a great day. I'd love to do it again sometime. I love you. Mom
