She's got legs!!!! And she knows how to use them!!!

We are sooooooo close to finishing the BATHROOM!!!!
I can't wait to show you the whole thing!!!
But for now here is a little taste!

I wanted legs on our bathroom cabinet.
So it looked more furniture like.
But they can be pricey!

It just so happened that I had bought four legs at DI one time for 50 cents each!!!
Yeah, that's $2 for all four!!!
I actually bought them thinking I would make a coffee table/footstool.

So here they are in all their glory, nice and brown.
They seamed a little tall and we didn't really like the shape so we cut them off.
Just the bottom ball!
But it made a big difference, don't ya think?

Some sanding, priming, and a fresh coat of white paint!!
Looking good!!

A little sanding to give it that old distressed look,
and look at those $2 babies!!

Just have to finish some decorative shelves and decorations.
Then I'll show ya the whole bathroom!!!
 I just can't wait!!!!

Great idea to add legs to the cabinet! I love that look because it resembles a piece of furniture! Good luck with the makeover!
