Welcome to my crazy DIY world!
DIY, organization, interior design and decorating are my passion. I love things to look great and function well for everyday life of a "real" family of eight. Oh and did I mention I like to do this all on a "small" budget. OK, I'm cheap, but I don't think it shows. When I am not working on a project you may find me on the side of the road scavenging through a pile of junk or picking through the neighbors trash. I use lots of second hand materials to create wonderful rooms. My projects have been featured in magazines like Better Homes and Gardens, This Old House Magazine, and Cottages and Bungalows. I have been featured on my other blogs, websites and local Television. My biggest feature is the video Houzz did about my laundry room make over. It has over 8.5 million views. I would love to have you follow me and all my adventures. My projects are in "real" time. I have six children plus a daughter in law, so I post as we get to each task.
